The agreement calls for:
A 3 year contract term
Cost of Living adjustments each year
Step Increases based on years of service
A health plan premium share for individuals and families
An employer funded  debit card to offset healthcare expenses
and much much more!

The NEMSA Northern California Bargaining Unit is the largest EMS bargaining unit in the USA covering 911 and non emergency transportation services for American Medical Response throughout Northern and Central California.
