
Things were great for.... 3 MONTHS
After just three months of being non-union:
- The Employer doubled everyone's health insurance premiums!
- The Employer cut promised raises by more than 50%
- The employer disciplined people without Just Cause
- The Employer fired people for any reason and employees could do nothing.
- The Employer's managers constantly harrassed and intimated employees.
- The Supervisor gave preferential treatment to some employees and mandatory overtime to the people the supervisor didn't like.
Non-Union Employees then made an important decision... and became NEMSA Members!
No matter what GFES says today, it can be taken back tomorrow and there is NOTHING that non-union employees can do about it!
How long until Kuhn and Vandersloot allow things to return to "normal"?
When GFES are union members, if GFES promises it, GFES has to keep their promise! It's the law!
No Union? ... No Way!
